  • Provincial Areas: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OtakuVault is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

OtakuVault is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
